Store In-Charge
About the Role
The Store In-Charge is responsible for overseeing daily supermarket operations, ensuring smooth functioning of the store, maintaining stock availability, supervising staff, and delivering excellent customer service.
What You Will Be Doing
Supervise daily store operations, billing, and floor activities
Ensure proper stock management, replenishment, and expiry control (FIFO/FEFO)
Monitor inward, stock transfers, and conduct periodic stock checks
Manage store staff, prepare duty rosters, and ensure discipline
Support in achieving sales targets and maintaining display standards
Handle customer complaints and ensure service quality
Maintain store reports and ensure compliance with company policies
What We Would Like to See in You
2–5 years of experience in grocery/supermarket retail
Supervisory experience preferred
Basic knowledge of POS and inventory handling
