Product Manager - QCOM Business
Role Overview
We are looking for a Product Manager to lead our Quick Commerce product charter, driving how customers discover products, place orders, and receive them efficiently through our local stores. This role will work closely with engineering, design, and operations teams to deliver seamless, scalable, and customer-first experiences.
Key Responsibilities
Define and own the product roadmap for SuperK’s Quick Commerce platform.
Understand customer and store partner pain points and translate them into clear product requirements.
Collaborate with engineering, design, and operations to deliver impactful product features.
Track and optimize key metrics such as conversion rate, delivery time, and repeat purchases.
Lead product experiments and A/B tests to validate ideas and drive measurable outcomes.
Ensure a balance between customer experience and operational efficiency through data-driven prioritization.
Requirements
2–5 years of experience in Product Management.
Prior experience in e-commerce, delivery, logistics, or quick commerce is a strong plus.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; proficiency in using data to make decisions.
Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
A hands-on, ownership-driven attitude with a bias for action.
