Role Overview
We’re looking for a dynamic individual to join the Founder’s Office, working directly with the founders on high-impact business initiatives. This is a unique opportunity for someone with a product management background who wants to transition into business strategy, growth, and execution. You’ll act as a problem-solver, operator, and project owner across multiple verticals — shaping decisions that directly impact SuperK’s growth journey.
What You’ll Do
Work closely with the founder to drive strategic initiatives across retail, e-commerce, supply chain, and membership programs.
Own end-to-end problem statements — from framing opportunities to executing pilots and scaling solutions.
Utilize your product mindset to bring structured thinking and data-driven decision-making to complex business problems.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams (tech, ops, finance, marketing) to ensure smooth execution of key projects.
Build dashboards, frameworks, and playbooks for business operations and strategic priorities.
Represent the Founder’s Office in internal and external stakeholder meetings, ensuring alignment and timely follow-ups.
What We’re Looking For
2 years of Product Management experience (or equivalent role with product exposure).
Strong problem-solving ability with comfort in ambiguity and fast-paced environments.
Analytical thinker with the ability to interpret business metrics and translate them into actionable plans.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Eagerness to transition into a broader business role while leveraging product experience.
Hustler mindset, willing to roll up your sleeves and get things done.
